Knowledge base article 169Activation state invalid
This may happen after an incomplete install/uninstall sequence - should be a very rare occurrence.
To clean up activation state, please follow these steps.
- Uninstall Ability Office
- Start REGEDIT (enter REGEDIT in the Windows search box)
- Navigate to and delete, according to your version of Ability:
or (previous version)
- Re-install Ability.
