Invalid serial numberError message relating to invalid serial number or similar on entering the serial number for version 5 of Ability.
Most likely cause: a typing mistake on entering the serial number.
Most likely other cause: a different skew of Ability is installed to the one matching the serial number.
Solution to both of the above: use the serial number validator to check the serial number - typos will be corrected and a download link for validated serial numbers will be given.
